New Paint Technology

I was shopping for an AWD sedan for winter (altho the Z now has snows on it).

Saw this video about new paint technology from Ford (whodathunkit?)

If I did this in my Z with its paint quality -- or lack thereof -- the hood would be sandblasted to bare metal! But it is a pretty cool demo.

That reminds me that, I think, the infinity G37 has paint that "heals" itself.

As for the video demo - I caught one thing "wrong" - the dump truck was 3/4 into the lane with the lexus...
