The tinny left digital gauge... aftermarket optimization?

Hi guys,
the multifunctional gauge to the left is the only thing i dont like at my Lady...
Any ideas about replacements, cover or something?

simple answer is no not at the moment ! and cover it with a nice picture, if you don't like to see it.

it would be sweet to put a lcd monitor in that screen just because.
