It's the Jim Wolf Technology performance flywheel and clutch combo. The RJM adjustable clutch pedal has further enhanced the enjoyment of this mod since you can tweak the feel and dial it in to your preference.

hold off on the RJM pedal, a new model is being released soon (i believe end of month) that's a lot easier to install from what RJM has said.

There are currently 7 units remaining available for pre-order from the first batch of 25 units right now at the webstore and the new units will begin shipping out December 28th if everything goes to plan tomorrow.

The new version builds on the existing design of Rev 2 so the core functionality will be the same and the new design was extensively tested in 3D modeling software to ensure the new one hits all the same critical points as the previous version. All the new changes made revolve around simplifying the install, reducing the number of steps and making adjustments easier.
The new version also features a direct view AFP scale showing 0,25,50,75,100% lifted from the latest 350Z product so you can now tell at a glance where it's setup for and the AFP adjustment will now come pre-set so it's adjusted to the correct starting point right out of the box.

The new unit will come 90% pre-assembled so all that's required is to install the two switches, rubber stop bumpers and the pedal pad from your existing OEM pedal unit before bolting it to the firewall.

Previously the main bracket body and the pedal arm had to be installed separately into the car with the bracket going on the firewall first, followed by greasing and installing the bearings + spring into the upper arm, lining the arm up in the bracket and trying to thread the main pivot pin thru from the left side between two wiring bundles with your 3rd hand .... This new version eliminates everything I hated about installing the previous version and simplifies the most common adjustments. Now just slap it into the firewall over the master cylinder and do up two nuts + 1 bolt to be 90% done with the install. Should save a whole lot of time and really simplify the install for people.
this was taken from a thread in the canada section... they gave one away free including labor to test the product/build the install guide
