Carbon Signal, please build a wing like this for the 370Z, you can use the 2015 nismo wing as the base and modify it to accommodate the GT wing. You do this, my money is yours :D

Google for carbon fiber tubes. There are lots of places. You could probably buy a tube and cut it up in correct length and sell the left over pieces to other members that have this diffuser.
