I'd probably try doing it myself. The dealer might scrape/lift/damage the paint.

I removed mine when I got the windows tinted a couple of days after I bought it. Breezed over it with the heat gun and it pilled right off. No issues.

Take it to the dealership, you risk leaving residue or peeling the paint if you take it off yourself. Hopefully if it's within the 3 day window they'll do it without a fuss. If not, threaten to leave the dealership really bad reviews all over the internet and that you will email corporate. I did this on subway, and got my meal copped for 3 months straight plus a cookie.

LOL, when car is relatively new it comes off easy in just summer sunshine / heat. Yours is a 15 and its warm up north no? Go peel with nails.

I had my own post about this a couple months ago but when I removed mine I found scratches underneath it that the dealer was trying to conceal!!! They made good on it and repaired it tho. So you might make the dealer do it just in case.

If you warm it up with a hair dryer it comes right off. Just grab it with your finger nails and pull slowly. Mine left no residue because I took it off when the car was 1 day old as soon as I saw it.

My dealer didn't put one on.

I did have to trash the license plate bracket though.

yah, my sales guy confirmed he didnt put the dealer decal or the front plate on my car during the sale. but he did ask nicely if i would accept to show the dealer frame on my way home.

i told him ok.

first thing i did was removed that fugly frame.
then fixed the dealer botched rear splash guard install.
