EVO-R 2015 Nismo bumper LED DRL

I just bought these lights. The second I took them out of the box I had two lenses fall off from the leds. I emailed evo-r / Jay and he asked for my shipping address. I gave him my address but was never informed on what was being done to fix the issue... So I emailed him the next day.. and then two days after that.. I called and left a voicemail as well. Its been almost two weeks since I've last heard. The customer service is not good at all. Almost 350 dollars for these lights and supposably you get a year warranty as per there website. I don't know. Im very disappointed with evo-r.
