Seibon +10mm wide fenders

Hey guys right now I'm running 20x10.5 +30 in my front. Unfortunately I had to add spacers the clear akebonos which has left me with some unwanted poke. Was wondering if anyone was running wider fenders so I could see if this could fix my problem. Any help is much appreciated.

they should be fine... the fenders that is. Measure the tire and how much it pokes outside youre current fender and then measure... if its less than 10mm then you will be fine.

looking at the photos in your other thread it looks like you'd be fine with these fenders and at most a little more camber.

I will assume the answer is yes but was 20mm the absolute minimum spacer you could get away with?

When you say "these fenders" do you mean the stock or the seibons? Yeah 20mm was the bare minimum.

I think you'd be talking about some serious camber to make the fit on stock fenders.

Gotcha. Thanks man that helps a lot. Would you happen to know how that all lines up with the front bumper? Would there be a 10mm difference or do you think it gradually curves to fit the natural body lines.

good question. the answer is i don't know, but I would imagine they are are transitioning back in the the stock front. sorry i've actually never seen them in action.

i was basing my opinion on your offsets +10 (with spacer) vs. offsets that are known to fit under stock fenders. essentially what you bought +30 was the right offset, so you have to make up for that whole 20mm spacer. reducing that by 10mm with these fenders would help you get in the ballpark. the rest could come from mild camber.

the other option is to go the CamCam route, except not bagged/hellaflush whatever. This is the money is no issue route. Full metal wide body bagged 370z

edit: what are you running in the rears?

I am running a 20x10 et 25 with the seibon 10mm fenders. I am on the fenders (inner lip) with a 235/35 tire. They are wider, but really only in the rear section of the fender. I m also right up against my front bumper.

I am also on bags.

What camber are you on? 10+25 should be very close to what normal offsets are with people with -2* of camber are using on the stock body and 255's...

a 9.5 +15 which is what most people run is the equivalent to a 10 +21. A 10.5 would be a +28 or so.

The OP is not that far off... and with some negative camber should be able to work with a slight wider fender... maybe look at getting your front fenders rolled with a slight pull...

Also Adjusting your caster will affect your impact points and steering response... That is also an option.

My camber varies, since I am on bags. I did throw on a set of 15mm spacers making it a 20x10 et 10 with a 235/35 tire. It slightly pushed the fender out since it is sitting on the fender lips. So far I have trimmed the dirver's side fender lip with a dremel and it still tucks fine. I am going to do the passenger's side tonight, then I will report back.

A 235 tire on a 10 in wheel seems very unsafe. I'm surprised a shop put those on for you.
