Changing tail light brake bulbs and running bulbs

Does anyone know how to change the tail light running lights or bulbs? Is it possible?

You have to take the whole light out.

The light is bolted onto the rear of the car

Thanks Andrew for the help. Would I be able to replace them by just pulling the light out as if I was getting them removed for painting or would I have to crack open the housing?

You can easily replace most of them, you can't replace the LEDs

I need to replace the actual LEDs. Not the turn or reverse light. I need to replace the brake lights
