I finally got some time after the weather calmed down and took my Z to the Nissan dealer next to me..went in the ask the service manager and she wouldn't

I finally got some time after the weather calmed down and took my Z to the Nissan dealer next to me..went in the ask the service manager and she wouldn't even give a minute of her time telling me I need to bring it in and get charged for them to check...WTF!!! I hate this dealership a simple question does the car come this way or no?? I told her that they are the worst service dealerships I have ever encountered and drove off...if anyone out there have a friend at a Nissan dealership can you please ask them if a some Z's come this way ..thx
