No way to 100% tell. The difference of STD vs SAE plus two different dynojets down the road from another is hard to show. SAE does read lower than STD and he picked up 18hp from a retune!! The new tuner taught the old tuner how to tune. Seems he knows his stuff! If you add 4% to his new SAE he's putting down 329hp in STD. I'd say there's no way he picked up 25hp from a retune. TB's have to be playing a roll!
