You gotta start somewhere and the basic intake, exhaust, and Osiris tune gets smoother power, more peak power, and better efficiency all around. We have all the top brands from the high end JDM manufactures like M7 Japan and HKS, to the built in America quality from Berk Technologies. We can install any of the components listed below at our 8500sq/ft facility in Charlotte, NC. Custom exhaust systems available for local customers using our Miller TIG welder! Berk Technologies 370Z/G37 High Flow Catalytic Converters: Metallic substrate spun catalytic converters, OBDII & 49 state compliant. Full stainless steel construction. Metallic substrate offers higher flow and lighter weight. Uses advanced spiral wound ultra thin foil. Includes our custom made soft crush graphite collector gaskets for a leak free seal. Berk Technology 370Z/G37 Test Pipes: Our highly anticipated 2007-up test pipes are now available! Features fully gusseted and plated support brackets, the strongest in the industry. Includes the same leak free soft crush graphite collector gaskets found in our 07- up HFC's. Mechanical CEL fix included, but on the 07-up HR motors it is less effective than the 03-06 motors. Fits VQ35HR & VQ37HR Motors:

The STILLEN Z/G Headers are the finest available. With months invested in development work, these headers produce big increases in streetable power and torque on both naturally aspirated and forced induction vehicles. The equal length design of the headers allows better and more efficient exhaust scavenging which contributes to the dyno tested performance gains. Examples:

• 2004 350Z produced 11.5 hp at @ 6200 RPM and 18.5-lb.ft @ 3800 RPM at the wheels
• 2008 G37 Coupe produced 14.5hp at @ 7300 RPM and 12.5 lb-ft @ 4200 RPM at the wheels

STILLEN manufactures our high performance headers from varying materials according to application parameters. All of our uncoated headers are stainless steel for long life and corrosion resistance. Our ceramic coated headers are for those who want an additional thermal barrier to lower engine bay temperatures as well as excellent stain and rust resistance. These hand crafted shorty headers do not require the removal of the catalytic converters. Headers are available in the following materials:

• 304 Stainless Steel - Maximum oxidation and corrosion resistance, excellent shine
• 409 Stainless Steel - Excellent corrosion resistance, may develop light surface discoloring
• Ceramic Coated - Provides a thermal barrier which reduces radiated heat into the engine bay, excellent stain and rust resistance

STILLEN Introduces the All New Generation 3 Ultra Long Tube Intake for the dual throttle body VQ engines. The new Gen 3 Ultra Long Tube Intake places two large K&N filters in front of the radiator. Strategic placement of the filters allow for optimum cold air flow and easy filter removal for cleaning. It features additional polished tubes that pass through the front core support, larger air filters than the Generation 2 unit. On some applications such as the G37 a urethane splash guard is included in the kit to help protect the filter. This is only necessary on vehicles with larger grill openings from the factory. All kits feature a system of varied diameter tubing and steps to maximize air velocity. The power result: A dyno-proven 20 horsepower gain at the wheels on the Dual Throttle Body 350Z, 18.5 horsepower gain at the wheels on the G37 Coupe and 17.5 horsepower on the 370Z. This translates to an estimated 20-22 horsepower gain at the flywheel! For G37/G35 Sedan owners, gains are 14 horsepower at the wheels. No other intake for the VQ can match these power gains!

We make over 1,200 different replacement air filters for virtually every vehicle on the road. These filters are washable and reusable and are custom designed to fit into your existing factory air box. Their drop-in design means adding performance is simple.
