Is that a resonator above the mufflers?

What is the diameter of the piping?

I know I ordered under it advertised with a y-pipe, so I hope so. *Cough Pete *Cough.

I can't wait to see how it sounds with GEN3 and Berk HFC!

Is that the single pipe in the middle or where it is dual right before the mufflers?

It only said "main pipe".

370ztune.com is where I found the info.

I would guess that means the single pipe coming back to the split right before the mufflers. Seems very small piping. How is this making more power than stock with such small diameter piping?

From what I understand, its mostly the cats and y-pipe that are the most restrictive. Changing the y-pipe would help uncork some ponies.

black09Z 06-13-2009 07:31 PM

its not as small as it looks. if you look closer at the picture youll notice that the single pipe is like 1/2" bigger than when it splits

FuszNissan 06-15-2009 12:53 PM

The main pipe is the pipe between the y-pipe and the muffler.

butters167 06-15-2009 10:50 PM

I read the specs for the 350z model and it states that the main single pipe is about 80mm and the smaller pipes where it splits are 60.5mm. It appears to be about the same for the 370z based on the pics.

well, there ya go
