Edit: IMNSHO, if you have any doubts, put in a new bolt. Why risk it for a cheap bolt?
I have never ever seen an issue with reusing the crank bolt. I would reuse it in a heartbeat and never think a thing about it.

Way back when I had my 97 240sx I ran a light weight underdrive pulley for 70k miles with no issue. They are very popular on smaller light weight lower powered cars.

My installation tip is if you have a manual have someone sit in the car with it in the highest gear and hold the brake while you loosen and tighten the crank bolt.
