They are the ID 1000cc, so I guess fitment shouldn't be a problem. Let me try and dig for some photos, if not, will try and get some tomorrow when I'm fitting the gearbox.

I cant really tell what the arrows are indicating. I noticed you didnt use the included countsunk bolts.

ID 1000 are the same injectors I have. It will definitely all fit up. You want to use the supplied bolts though.

It will fit up like this. This is with stock injectors in the photo, but ID1000 are the same dimensions.

Did not get any bolts with the rails :(

phunk 10-17-2014 06:12 AM

Oh I can see whats wrong... You are trying to make the crossover hose go perfectly straight across. Its not made to go that way, its supposed to be tightened after the rails are bolted down, and it will have a curve.

attached is a photo of it installed on my car, after rebuilding the injector harness to eliminate the wiring crossover in the front.

all the rails come with bolts... but i think your setup was shipped to you through a dealer and perhaps they changed around the packaging to forward things to you there and missed the bolts.

attached are the bolt specs, you can probably find them locally for 1/10 the price of shipping 4 of them all that way. However, if you cannot, we will have to send you some!

What you really need to know is that they are M8x1.25 Thread, 25mm Long, counter-sunk, 90 degree taper (i believe the typical taper for metric countersunk).

The crossover hose is fine, I guess it's just the bolts I'm missing, although the rails were flush with the OEM bolts. Any chance you could mail me these 4 bolts in a padded envelope please?

octet 10-17-2014 06:25 AM

Yes, you shipped to Coz @ ConceptZPerformance :)

OK, I'll try to source them in UK first. Thanks a lot!

email me your address to sales@cj-motorsports.com and I will see what it says for shipping the bolts there.

The OEM bolts will in theory work. However, I am not sure if the rear right hand bolt will clear the intake manifold if you tried to put it on... since its raised up much higher on thick billet rail versus the sheetmetal factory one.

Just went to check the gearbox tonight before fitting it on the car tomorrow, I'm impressed, they even cleaned the outside and resprayed it, including the valvebody and torque converter!!! Top service!!

IT'S ON!!!

Still in the garage, just need to sort out the engine mounts spacers and we're good to test drive it, shouldn't be long now.
