Jump Starter as OBDII Memory Saver?

I would be worried about accidentally giving power to the system when you have the TB disconnected if thats how you're going to clean it. I say disconnect the battery

I say disconnect the battery and reset your presets and clock. Maybe the automatic windows but thats cake to reset too. Play it safe in my opinion.
