Default CEL - Repeated Misfiring Issue

My car is an 09 manual with just under 32k miles on it. I had this CEL that I had recently had my mechanic looked over about a couple months ago. He replaced all my spark plugs and did a complete tune up changing all the fluids and replacing all the filters in the car. I got a CEL briefly shortly after I had gotten the car back but it went away.

This week the car threw up another CEL. Had the code pulled and got p0300 and p0305. I'm bringing it in again to my mechanic, but it's just annoying. I thought I had gotten this resolved already by switching out all the plugs. I was told that the plugs were pretty worn out when they were replaced. I'm a second owner. Bought it with 21k on it last April.
