This is nothing compared to GTM. I don't think we should make those comparisons.

You're right, this is nothing. I think the comparison was how NST had their vendor status pulled whereas GTM has been pulling this kinda crap for years without any repercussions. Like FP mentioned, this is just what I've read.

Just long enough to surpass the timeline to submit a credit card dispute I suppose...

Hey NickD,

I just logged on to see this and also see a pm from AK about an apparent issue towards NST.

I can only see they (NST) was not currently a valid vendor, And was NOT allowed to continue with it's sales here.

What also came to light in the regard to you, And others situation of still waiting on what you and others paid for is completely NEW to me.

I can only suggest those get in touch with AK for help since he is actively involved with this issue, And it was at his discretion the action that was taken.

I can only hope NST just pays its vendor fee and makes good on everyone who's still waiting on what they paid for.

All this could've been handled by Pm But I totally understand IF the thread is closed and you need to ask a simple question.

Again hopefully it all gets sorted out and everyone gets what they paid for.

If you have any questions please feel free to pm AK or me.

Thank You.

Actually, to the 30+ something of us that have paid for the product and not received anything in 3 months, I would rather like to see the current state of the issue dealt with in a public manner, or at least in a manner visible to all who have paid.

So in light of this entire ordeal being "New Knowledge" to the board administrators, I have filed a complaint with BBB and a dispute with my credit card company.

I totally agree and don't blame you

And YES in my case only I wasn't made aware of any issues from any member having issue's via pm so how can I know? I don't have enough time to go thru every single thread here to catch potential issues and thats where members come in by pm'ing staff of issues so they can be aware of it and see what can be done.

Sorry but I can't be on here 24/7 :ugh2:

Wow, hopefully this helps potential customers from losing their money in the future. I didn't realize they had such a bad rep before I joined the group buy. Looks like the short shifter guys might be in trouble as well...

johnson14785 04-22-2014 09:13 PM

I actually received my shipping information for my short shifter today so that buy went quite well!

Krazy.1K 04-22-2014 09:58 PM

I received nothing yet on my short shifter order.

These guys should take some lessons on customer service and shipping windows from Tony and his Fast Intentions team

Entire ordeal ISN'T new knowledge. I just happen to see a pm from a mod asking me about the status of NST and I took action right away. I had no idea this was happening behind my back as it's quite impossible to shuffle through every thread.

Also, you should NEVER buy anything from a vendor without BLUE COLORED USERNAME. Blue color means they are active vendors. If their color isn't blue and you see them promote product or send you pm, it's your responsibility to report these posts/pms to us so that we can take proper action. As I will be making a public announcement shortly, I'm going to say it again: Do not purchase anything from a non blue colored (username) vendor.

There's nothing hard to believe. Mods have normal life and career outside the forum therefore if we didn't reply to the thread in time, we apologize.

I closed the thread last night because THEY ARE NOT an active vendor. I have stopped their vendorship here last year or so, which means if they want to start selling again, promote any product or sell anything on this site, they should be contacting me first. I have closed all recent active threads last night and sent out a pm to the NST representative on the forum asking "why they chose to skip me and started promoting their products again as if they are an active vendor." So until I figure out what will happen to their status here or hear from them, I'm closing this thread too.

AK
