it happens when slowing to a stop also it will jerk like the car was hit by someone

i haven't tried to change tranny fluid i'd probably start there if anyone has suggestions would like to hear
i did not notice this issue in summer but this was only my first 6 mo with car and it has only 17k miles
haha yeah I too think I've gotten rear ended with how bad it jerked. First time I REALLY noticed it, I actually got out of my car NOT COOL!

Mine had been doing this with only 12k on it but after changing oil in the diff last week it all went away.
