Default I have no electrical power at all?

Let me start off from the beginning, had the dreaded steering wheel lock. Replaced it with one off of eBay, during this time my dad broke the fobgina by sticking the actual key into it and it won’t hold the key in since I had to rip it out, so I bought a replacement had a locksmith come to reprogram it and he said the obd port had no power to it that I needed get a new bcm and ipdm. Replaced those he came back while I wasn’t there and said his family member passed in a accident and had to leave but when I came back car now has no electricity no horn no lights nothing. Got ahold of the guy a couple weeks after and said he wasn’t working he had things still going on which I can understand. I’ve checked all the fuses and fusible link by the battery. I can’t figure out what it is, can anyone suggest what to do next besides the dealership, my windows are down and dealership has a 1-2 month wait.

If you have lost all electrical power, you've probably blown a fusible link or damaged the IPDM. See FSM (link in sig) for locations and more info.

You said the IPDM and BCM were replaced? Check the connections on them?

Good idea.

General Troubleshooting Tips:
Use a volt meter (you can find them at most auto parts and hardware stores and some department stores). Set the meter to DC volts at the first range above 14V (eg, 15 or 50). Put the negative lead (black) on a good ground and then touch the positive lead (red) to the positive battery terminal. Should read 12-13V DC. Using the FSM for reference, work your way out from the battery until you detect close to zero volts. Your problem is between that point and the point you checked previously.
