I have a 2009 base 6MT with 20K miles. I recently noticed that the cabin noise from the engine seems a little louder (just slightly louder, but noticeable to me).

Engine Misses at 1500 RPMs?
I have a 2009 base 6MT with 20K miles. I recently noticed that the cabin noise from the engine seems a little louder (just slightly louder, but noticeable to me). Also, while in neutral and not moving, when I press on the accelerator to get the revs up and remove my foot from the pedal, the engine misses at exactly 1500 RPMs on the way down to idle. I accelerate to about 4-5K, and when the RPMs begin to drop the engine consistently misses at 1500RPM. The car is still warrantied.
