Yeah I got that for the first 50 miles or so then it went away. This is definitely different. Almost sounds as though the bell housing is hitting a speed bump.......

The only thing I can think of without hearing it is maybe a slightly loose finger on the pressure plate,b/c when you are at the top with the pedal almost all the way out that is when the least amount of pressure is on the pressure plate,other than that I will think about tomorrow and check your thread with any new thoughts.

Just a quick update...

The "popping" noise that I thought was coming from the clutch, wasn't the clutch. After driving enough, it finally did it when I wasn't using the clutch. I isolated it to slow speed, turning. After playing around enough, I found it was in the same spot, about 75% lock when turning to the right (hence why it was only slow speeds that I noticed it). I somehow bent one of the wire holders and it was banging on the brake line :ugh2:
