Transmission shifting problems

I have the same issue. I have a 370z base model. When it's cold first and second gear are hard to get. Kinda have to force it into those gears.

Kinda have to force it into those gears. Once the engine warms up, the problem is gone. Has anyone found a fix for it yet?
