It is definitely related to me putting it in myself and maybe not the shifter. i followed the instructions perfectly, but.... I had a friend under the car who was suppose to tighten the linkage. He probably wasnt my best choice to help but the car was doing great for 9 months after install and all of a sudden like super loose. Called the dealership they said nobody has ever had a problem like that before cause i was concerned with the tranny. But thats not it.

Hmm. If that's the case, I would definitely get under the car and check out the linkage to the transmission behind the dust shroud. Chances are the bolt that connects the bottom of the shift lever to the transmission has loosened. It can be an issue to torque properly on the angle of attack.
