I slightly grinded the top and bottom to make it almost like an oval then I tapped a smaller socket in with a hammer.Once it came off I just went

I slightly grinded the top and bottom to make it almost like an oval then I tapped a smaller socket in with a hammer.Once it came off I just went to a bolt supply store and found a similar one to replace the old one with.Its the same principal as removing lock nuts without a key.HOW TO REMOVE A LOCK NUT WITHOUT A KEY - YouTube
