throttle body screw!!

Demon bolt 2.0!!!! last bolt of the throttle body. I can't get it off. I tried cutting a slot with dremel for a flat head screwdrive and hammer a socket

I tried cutting a slot with dremel for a flat head screwdrive and hammer a socket in to use with a socket wrench, but I can't get that damn thing off. Any idea???!!!
