another clutch thread

ok, so im very aware of the clutch rattle and the fact that its normal for our cars. My Z has 25k and its a 2011. But lately the rattling has gotten worse for a few seconds, almost feels like its going to fall apart, and i THINK my rpms change a bit as soon as the crazier rattling starts. is it time for a new clutch? this isnt the usual rattle im used to. its louder

when i idle i can pull my window switches up with the windows all ready rolled and make the RPM's drop and my clutch rattle in the process.
