It very well may be that the Nissan Ester oil is the best for these engines but just because a manufacturer sells something does not mean it is the best.

It very well may be that the Nissan Ester oil is the best for these engines but just because a manufacturer sells something does not mean it is the best. Don't forget that they have a financial reason for selling their oil. As long as you use their oil then they make money. Their only concern is that the engine last past the warranty period and most any good oil would allow the engine to last 36,000. Again, I am not saying that the Nissan Ester oil is not the best but just because they sell it does not mean it is the best..
