I want to take my car to the dealer but I have a gthaus catback on it also springs. Would that be a reason to avoid my warranty? The problem

Will Nissan say anything?
I want to take my car to the dealer but I have a gthaus catback on it also springs. Would that be a reason to avoid my warranty? The problem with the car is, while driving it just jumps to high 6000 rpms and does a hard kick

If you do a search about it, you'll see others have brought up this same issue, and have had no problems.
