South Bend Flywheel TQ Specs

I'm getting ready to install my new clutch and flywheel from South Bend. What are the TQ specs for this? I've been reading up on this and what I've come across that some after market flywheels may have different specs from OEM flywheel.

Best thing is to call/e-mail Joe and ask what are the proper torque specs for the flywheel, pressure plate and even the CSC mounting points are.

I always like to go to manufacturer/vendor and ask directly.

Hey SPOHN, I believe its around 90-95lbs on the flywheel, but you may want to ask Joe. I think my installer used red lock-tite as well.

Which Southbend flywheel, Clutch plate,presure plate,CSC release bearing did you go with?

I may be face with replacing my stock CSC bearing, etc next week if not covered under warranty!

90lbs is the TQ.

Red lock-tite should always be used when installing a flywheel, always.

You may never get them back off if you used the red. I'd use blue if anything.

Never had any problems taking them out. Blue is better than nothing tho.
