WTF! Is wrong with my clutch!!

It is all the way into the ground and it will not come back up and I cannot start the car. WTF!!

Check your clutch fluid, it's probably black and needs a flush and re-fill. It's a common problem and shouldn't happen if the fluid is flushed regularly.

Other possibility is the CSC failing.

:iagree:

on both

Op you may want take a look underneath the car for possible fluid leak.

If so?

The Clutch Slave Cylinder or Clutch Master Cylinder may need to be replaced.

Either way it's looking like a dealer visit unless you have the tools and knowledge to do the work yourself

OP, its probably a faulty CSC like mentioned above. If your Z is still under warranty you should be fine. I would just buy a heavy duty CSC like this one from Zspeed- ZSpeed Performance Replacment HD Clutch CSC Heavy Duty Slave Cylinder Kit

^These are the way to go. Our stock CSC are crappy plastic design that seem to fail left and right.

gussyturbo z 12-02-2012 06:05 PM

It was leaking!! So it might be the slave cylinder hope the dealer doesn't say anything about the stillen supercharger. What do you guys think? Is this a common problem with the z? I only have 20,000 miles.

SPOHN 12-02-2012 06:41 PM

Might be an ''IF'' on what the dealer does. But I'd personally handle it myself. Buy a new clutch and HD CSC.

gussyturbo z 12-02-2012 07:13 PM

Well looks like she's going to the dealer tomorrow and getting it checked out. Thanks peeps!

people really need to start reading what's been written about the clutch problems before posting a new thread, do a search or at least try to look... I mean there's the same question on this very page. :/

diddy535 12-02-2012 07:57 PM

If you have a supercharger and its the oem clutch might not be a bad idea to upgrade it to something that can handle some of the extra power.

gussyturbo z 12-02-2012 08:01 PM

Sorry thread monitor! I'm new and still learning I guess I just needed help and needed an answer.

axmea? 12-02-2012 08:43 PM

hope it is covered by warranty. Most likely it's both MC and CSC.

gussyturbo z 12-02-2012 08:59 PM

I did notice that the resovior was empty!

Stock concentric slave cylinder failed, same thing happened to me. I ended up replacing mine and going with the ZSpeedPerformance upgraded heavy duty one, haven't had an issue since.

+1 to Zspeed. Since you're in Mansfield, it's a pretty short trip to Cincinnati (assuming that's Mansfield, OH).
