Low RPM whine?

09 370z. When cruising(through a parking structure) at low RPM's, I can hear a very noticeable whine. Also, when shifting into 1-3 gears, I can hear a whine/screech. Is this

When cruising(through a parking structure) at low RPM's, I can hear a very noticeable whine. Also, when shifting into 1-3 gears, I can hear a whine/screech. Is this stuff normal?
