Low RPM whine?

I know it's not the ECU whine that I'm referring to, as it's very high pitched, and I can barely hear it. Doesn't bother me. The whine I'm talking about

Doesn't bother me. The whine I'm talking about sounds like transmission whine. If it's normal, that sucks, because it's very noticeable. When shifting into gear, it's definitely not a grind, it's more of like a quick cats "meow". The car only has 8k miles on it.
