How much oil? That is the question' should I be using?

I rev my engine hard while using spec ester oil. I track it as well. I use oil. How much oil should I expect to be using under these conditions.

I already had a new small block replacement 10,000 miles ago. I am still under warranty. I dread another couple weeks of car separation then 1200 break in miles.

Any input would be appreciated.
