you know its weird because i have a sound coming from my rear passenger panel it sounds like static though but like loud! it doesnt happen all the time and

you know its weird because i have a sound coming from my rear passenger panel it sounds like static though but like loud! it doesnt happen all the time and i took it to get looked at and they claimed they fixed it and its still there occasionally
