Default Remove fuse box

I am trying to remove the fuse box cover next to the battery circled in red and can't seem to get the sucker off. Before I damage anything, I thought I would ask.

I haven't tried it yet, but I think Hirrah's steps with pics make sense. This is the closest thing to a link I am technologically capable of cutting and pasting

DIY: Steering Wheel Lock Failure FIX!

I think the link actually worked!

It has a couple clip that lock it in that you have to push then it pulls up. Mine took some serious pulling to get it out.
