I don't see what the delay is. You should know that ANY Z rear diff will fit your 370Z. Just use the flange on the front of the diff to match your driveshaft and your set. (09/10 are different from other years) You will have to change the diff gears to the stock 3.69, make sure the bearing and seals are good.
While your at it you may as well upgrade the stock LSD to a aftermarket one and pick the gearset you want to go with. The opportunity is endless.
