Default Flywheel Question

This was probably answered, and maybe I fail at the search feature, but I have read conflicting info about switching out the stock flywheel or not. So..

One: Should you switch out the stock flywheel with a lightweight aftermarket flywheel?

Two: What companies offer flywheels for the 370? I noticed SZ and fidenza (sp), any others?

Third: What do you do about the SZ flywheel/clutch combo problem with it messing up the CSC?

Thanks
