My pedal got oddly light one day. I had to pump it back up but it seems to be okay since. I've also been getting the rear drivers side axle

My pedal got oddly light one day. I had to pump it back up but it seems to be okay since.
I've also been getting the rear drivers side axle clicking when I move forward at first. This has been a Nissan issue since 2003 and maybe before. My g coupe would click and they would tighten the axle bolts.
