no, it's not common for 370 owners to have turbos, we just barely got the turbo kits out there.

if you put a turbo on a car, put on a BOV, thems the rules you don't get gains from a BOV, you get to keep your motor longer A blowoff valve is a pressure release system present in turbocharged engines. Its purpose is to prevent compressor surge, and reduce wear on the turbocharger and engine. Blow off valves (BOV) relieve the damaging effects of compressor "surge loading" by allowing the compressed air to vent to atmosphere. |

It seems that a lot of people don't understand what the requirements or uses of particular components are used for on turbo-charged vehicles. When someone with very little knowledge of the basic mechanics of "tuned" cars, such as the OP, purchases a new car, they buy aftermarket products thats listed on someone's sig. without even knowing why or even the function of the item. Other than that, welcome to the Z family! Make sure you read, read, and read before asking questions that have been asked a bazillion times before  |
Thanks guys that was all I needed , really sorry for making this thread really embarrassing/ useless ,
|
its ok, you gotta learn somehow, but I would do research on how the different systems work.

To RCZ... 1. Thank you! 2. I am big. And not in a fat way. 3. That's what oil coolers are for dumbshit 4. Even if my car did overheat, I would probably still beat the Civic. Most Evo owners are jackasses also FYI. :p |

2) The ladies must love you...err the men must hate you. 3)Civics don't come with oil coolers and they don't overheat. If you had to do a 30 minute race stock for stock the civic would win since the Z can't finish. 4. No Most evo owners I know, and I know lots, love their cars, but aren't jerks about it. Oh well. |

Most 370 owners, and I know lots, love their cars as well but aren't self righteous forum trolling know-it-alls with no sense of humor. Oh well. |

What some people fail to see the humor in when it comes to the Mitsu/Subi rivalry is that goes waaaay back to WRC days and it's roots. But unless you owned one (or cared) you wouldn't get it. |
sigh, okk man. whatever.
I'm just saying that because I had two STI's before the Z and I take offense to what you said. |
everyone! stop! this is SRSBSNS!

If you don't like it, fine. You voiced your opion. Move on. |
^ look at my post above...sorry I edited.
Also used to follow lots of WRC and had friends with Real rally cars that compete in the northeast rallies like the NH One. They were evo owners, but they wouldnt have said the kind of thing you said since they have respect thats all. I generally have a good sense of humor :) but what you said didnt seem like a joke. |
I didn't mean to offend. I'm sorry RCZ.
|
Either way, I don't care, wasn't trying to start ****, just get a little defensive with the whole evo-sti argument hahaha.
