The answer to your question is the port with the thermostat is the supply port, which I believe it the right one. (with the plate mounted and pointed down) You

The answer to your question is the port with the thermostat is the supply port, which I believe it the right one. (with the plate mounted and pointed down)
You would want that port to the bottom of the cooler, and the return port going from to the top to the left port. |
