i had no pressure or very little pressure until it got to about 2-3 inches from the floor, then the clutch would engage/disengage. once i got it to the dealer

i had no pressure or very little pressure until it got to about 2-3 inches from the floor, then the clutch would engage/disengage. once i got it to the dealer the pressure issue was gone but was still making the noise. car is 3 months old bought it new with 60 mi on it, it now has 13500.
