1 -> 2 Shift

I have a 370z transmission swapped in my Q50 and have been troubleshooting this issue with my 1-> 2 shift and 3->4. Transmission has under 10k miles, solid mounts everywhere and a Stillen short throw. I thought this forum would be the better place to ask. I simply cannot shift this thing fast without missing the gear.

I wish I could adapt the Coolerworx shifter, but will not work given my chassis. Does anyone have a recommendation on a different short throw shifter that will give me better accuracy? I have to stick with a short throw given my interior trim. Going back to an OEM shifter will not allow me to run the trim without purchasing the european interior panels.
