If the pedal is not coming up, then it's the CSC. If the pedal is coming up and you're only experiencing fluid loss, then it's the CMC. But, replace both,

If the pedal is not coming up, then it's the CSC. If the pedal is coming up and you're only experiencing fluid loss, then it's the CMC. But, replace both, as well as the clutch/flywheel.
