Cam and crank position sensor codes thrown after clutch and CSC failure

Did you visually inspect the crank sensor for damage since the cluth failed? I know it's a pain to get to but pull it for a visual inspection.

The cam shaft codes in the situation are most likely correlation codes. The pcm has to have sync between the two for fuel and spark timing. I would say it's safe to assume you probably couldn't start the car when the cluth went boom not knowing you had these codes?

I noticed that in the bellhousing, there were friction/score marks from the clutch when it blew up, and some of them lead to the where the crank sensor sits. I checked it for physical signs of damage but it was fine. Hopefully it stays that way.

I have since replaced the clutch and flywheel with JWT's lightweight flywheel and heavy duty clutch and I put the transmission back in. The code has not reappeared.

How was the old flywheel? Any teeth missing/damaged?
