OB 2 ports will not work

the good news is that i got my ECU rom update from the uprev web page,
put in my tune and everything looked good.
the ecu took and it showed no codes
car still would not start, i sprayed the intake filters with quick start and after a few tries it almost started , with it catching one time and i thought it would run
the moter bogged, and no start.
ive changed almost every part in this car. from a bad fuel pump to a broken flex wheel.
to a new battery.
the dealer had the car and said it was not my steering wheel lock. i have the dummy modual from nissan and im going to hook it up this weekend,
the car is now showing a check engine light but no codes are coming up.
the dealer thinks that i have moved a tooth on the timing chain and that causing my troubles.
A compression test will tell me if its the problem, and if the pistons have hit the valves, the moter then is junk.
Does any body know what fuse i have to pull to kill the ECU when i do the compression test?
