Ok good to know, thanks. However, I was looking for Normal start cut-out engine speed and Batt. voltage. You would think FSM would list that. (what the ECM see's)

All they care about is NOT starting. lol

I have relieved fuel pressure before by pulling the pump harness and then cranking the car using the start button. I don't recall anything crazy happening, and I didn't even put this very appropriate forethought in beforehand.
