What kind of caps is everyone using to cover the ports on the throttle body? Does it need a clamp? Or just push them on and done?

The benefit from disconnecting them in hot weather climates is the throttle bodies aren't heated up by the coolant (thereby heating up the intake air) when the car is hot.
No need to cap them unless you're worried about some small bugs/critters taking up nest in the tubes. If you drive the car enough you won't have that problem.

With my A2A Stillen setup these hoses really get in the way! TopGunz V1 is a very tight fit with the charge pipe and I think the TB bypass would help free up alittle space. |

Personally, I didn't cap the ports on the throttle bodies, just left them open. As for the coolant line output/input it's self instead of capping it and risking that blowing out from pressure some how I just looped the hose. I've driven the car in high 30s/low 40s with no issues, don't really plan on driving at freezing temperatures so can't speak for that.

Does any one know the hose Inner diameter at the throttle bodies?
I'm thinking of just bending to a u-shape, some SS piping and creating some beads on the ends and clamping to the Inlet and outlet of those hoses. Thus just circulating the coolant and having ability to revert back to oem if need be. Car is only summer driven. I want get the proper SS pipe O/D.

The Nissan 370Z throttle body coolant lines require a 5/16-inch (approximately (8 mm) Inner Diameter (ID) hose. This might work http://https://www.amazon.com/TAISHER-Stainless-Fittings-Splicer-Fitting/dp/B0DKHT1KNJ
