I'd first try to fix the grounding problem (C1109). There's a good chance this will fix the other problem. Download the FSM (link in my sig) and it will have

I'd first try to fix the grounding problem (C1109). There's a good chance this will fix the other problem. Download the FSM (link in my sig) and it will have wiring diagrams and other info that will be helpful in tracking down the problem.
