Unhappy No acceleration

I got my 2010 370z 2d coupe about 4 months ago with 92,000 miles. About a month later I was driving and randomly the service engine soon light came on along with no acceleration. I could only go about 3 mph. We switched the relays, and also bought new ones. The car worked fine for a few days then did the same thing again. So the codes that were thrown had something to do with a connection to the ecu so we changed it. It worked fine for about a month but then again randomly I was driving and it stopped accelerating. We left it parked overnight then went to get it in the morning and it has been working good as new since(about 1 week). We did some looking and found that the ecu might need an update. Any thoughts on this solution??

Haven’t heard of updates; only if you have a custom tune.
Be sure & post all codes it throws (P????), as this will help.
Also, with the mileage listed- did the previous owner/owners perform any mods?
All this information, and anything else is helpful

The codes thrown were p1606 and u1024. It has cold air intakes and it had a nismo exhaust when I got it. I have changed the exhaust(after it started with the problem) to an AAM Competition exhaust other than that that’s the only mods.
