My 370z RPM not raise correctly

Disconnect the drivers side throttle body plug and plug it back in. If the car acts properly then you will need to replace both throttle bodies if the issue comes back. For some reason the 2013's had issue with them acting stupid.

I will try your recommendation soon.. but I wonder that if I change both side with New OEM throttle body parts, did I need to program it ? and do your issue was resolved when you change it ?
